NEJE master 2S max is not recognized in LasrGRBL v. 4.4.1

Hello,
We installed LaserGRBL v.4.4.1 on our PC but NEJE 40W master 2s max is not recognized as such we are unable to test the software and the NJE Laser.

The "COMM port" and other parameters could not be set for NEJE 40W master 2s max. (See the attached screen shot).

Kindly assist us set up the LaserGRBL software. what are we doing wrong?

This is a basic operation. After installing the driver, find the com port and select the port connection.
