Constant Disconnection

When I try to run either the NEJE software on the Mac or through parallels (windows 10) there is constant disconnection and communication errors. Is this an issue with using parallels or my device itself. I do not have a pc to test it on. The Bluetooth connection works fine but only allows images and I want to use dxf files.

It may be that the USB interface is not stable, you need to check that the computer USB interface and the USB cable port are in good contact;
