Is it a Control Board issue when the machine will connect, but then hang in a Busy State? No matter what I do, as long as I use the NeJe_Updater_v.3.7 my machine will load Lightburn, but it will hang while at 100% and report that the device is busy. I have a replacement board on its way, but I would like to be able to use my machine in the interim to at least be able to recoup some of my investment.
Is there a Newer Updater, even one that is in its Beta Development Stage?

If your device is not working properly, please take a video to us according to the following steps.
1. Plug out 12V power cable, plug out USB cable, plug out the cable of laser moudle, move the laser module to the middle of the working range manually.
2. Plug in 12V power(we need to know the 4 leds status when you plug in, please shoot it in video).
3. Plug in the cable of laser moudle.
4. Press the red button of device, wait homing complete(if your device have homing problem, you can stop filming).
5. Plug in USB cable, run NEJE program, wait for auto connection complete(if your device have connection problem, you can stop filming).
6. Set carve time to 20, set laser power to 100%, choose a picture and start a carving.
7. If there are some other problems with your device, please continue filming.
OK, done, send this video to us, we will help you solve the problem.

Hello, i bought a Neje S2 Plus motherboard. The problem is this: during engraving it stops. Sometimes I have 30.40.56% of the project. The strange thing is that symbols appear in the layer image. I use the Lightburn program. I changed the usb cable, I grounded the equipment, I replaced the laptop, I tried with all 3 firmware (all baudrate). I mention that I bought the plate separately. I use a 40w Neje engraving head.
